Hair Technician

The beautiful Chetola Resort is currently hiring for the position of Hair Technician.  Candidates should be dedicated, and self-motivated and willing to work together to maintain the company's high standards of customer service. The Hair Technician will perform a variety of services including: cutting, coloring, styling, shampooing, and treating hair while consulting with clients to determine their specifics wants and needs.  They are expected to stay updated on current hair trends and techniques to provide optimal results.

This will be a contract position.  No booth rent.

• Must hold a cosmetology license in the state of NC
• Two years of experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong technical skills in haircutting, coloring, and styling techniques
• Knowledge of hair types, textures, and scalp conditions
• Ability to work with various hair products and tools
