On Call Shuttle Driver

The Hilton Austin Airport is seeking an On Call Bellman/Valet to join our team. The Hilton has been recently renovated and is located in the historic Air Force command building right on Austin-Bergstrom International Airport property.  We’re proud to be Austin’s gateway full-service hotel.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Greets and welcomes guests.
2. Open doors for all guests.
3. Responds to all guests' requests and handle guest complaints.
4. Gives clear directions to all hotel facilities, guest rooms, and local area attractions.
5. Carries baggage to the guest’s room.
6. Delivers incoming packages  to the appropriate department
7. Logs all incoming guest packages
8. Ensures that the front lobby, interior, and exterior entrances are clean.
9. Drives the shuttle van, safely and adheres to all traffic regulations.  A valid state driver’s license is required.
10. Maintains cleanliness of the vans.
11. Completes checklist of job tasks and shuttle inspection
12. Maintain and stock crew lounge
13. Remains at work station assigned by manager and stays at post when not assisting guests or performing other tasks as assigned.
