Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supporting the day-to-day operations the property management department by managing administrative tasks, coordinating owner communication, overseeing maintenance requests, and handling legal contracts.
- Reconcile bank statements
- Prepare reports for property managers
- Maintain property files and documentation
Require skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Detail Oriented with the ability to manage multi-task simultaneously
- Basic understanding of real estate contracts and lease agreements
High school diploma required
Associates degree in property management or related field preferred
2+ year experience preferred
