PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the day-to-day operations the property management department by managing administrative tasks, coordinating owner communication, overseeing maintenance requests, and handling legal contracts.
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Prepare reports for property managers 
  • Maintain property files and documentation

Require skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Detail Oriented with the ability to manage multi-task simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of real estate contracts and lease agreements



High school diploma required

Associates degree in property management or related field preferred

2+ year experience preferred
