Prospera Hospitality has been added as the hospitality management company in a new $250 million mixed-use development being constructed in Hilliard, Ohio. TruePointe will be the area’s first live-work-play community, with 26 acres of multi-use property, including retail, a restaurant, luxury apartments and a hotel.

TruePointe’s developer, Equity, brought in Prospera Hospitality to perform market research and to identify the right national hotel brand to bring into the site. Prospera will manage the pre-opening process, providing services to ensure a smooth opening of the hotel property. Once opened, Prospera will serve as the hotel management company.
