Diane Wolford

Corporate Director of Payroll Services

Since 2007, Diane has directed Prospera’s innovative HR & Payroll systems. She oversees timely and accurate reporting, database administration, acquisitions, and system enhancements. She also ensures compliance with insurance policies, 401k plans, and payroll taxes.

When Diane started her career, she worked as a staff auditor at a Big 8 accounting firm whose largest client was Interstate Hotels. She then moved to Interstate as a Financial Analyst, and during her nine years there, she advanced to become the Payroll Systems Manager for over 80 hotels (two of which were international). After three years at an IT company in Pittsburgh, she started and ran her own business as a Payroll Consultant. For six years, she helped companies with payroll processing and taxes, as well as systems implementations and conversions. She consulted on hiring payroll personnel and property acquisitions. Diane is proud to be able to bring her varied experience to Prospera, and help not only the company but also their customers design better systems.

Diane graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from the Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
