Eric Jones

Corporate Director of Human Resources

As Corporate Director of Human Resources, Eric Jones provides HR support to Prospera’s hotel and restaurant portfolio, Prospera Health and Hospitality, and the corporate office team. 

Eric has been a leader in Human Resources in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, with previous Director of HR experiences at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, the Pyramid Hotel Group, and Prospera Hospitality. He attended Penn State University, where he received a B.A. in Secondary Education, and West Virginia University, where he received a Master’s in Human Resources and Labor Relations.

Eric is passionate about the mental health of Prospera’s team members and how the work environment can positively influence the employee experience. He emphasizes owner value through creative recruiting and retention efforts and by supporting a culture of service to our guests.
