Jamie Carson

Corporate Director of Revenue Management

Working in the hospitality industry since 2006, Jamie is the Corporate Director of Revenue Management for Prospera Hospitality. She is responsible for maximizing room revenue at multiple hotel properties by implementing effective inventory management and proven pricing strategies. Jamie’s leadership has resulted in consistent projections of budgeted revenue, profits, expenses, RevPAR, and ADR growth.

With a passion for revenue management, Jamie started as a management trainee with Hilton Hotels, and then quickly moved through the ranks to revenue analyst, revenue manager, Director of Revenue Management, and Area Director of Revenue Management. Her knowledge of revenue systems is based on work at Hilton, Starwood, Best Western, and Independent hotels.

Through forecasting, opportunity analysis, and inventory management, Jamie is heavily involved with her leadership teams in identifying future demand and creating a sales strategy that will ensure optimal profitability. Jamie has a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Penn State University.
