Tim Breed

Chief Financial Officer

Tim Breed is the Chief Financial Officer for Prospera Hospitality. As one of the company’s original team members, Tim started as the Vice President of Finance for Prospera. Tim has more than four decades of experience in the hospitality industry, giving him a savvy understanding of the unique financial models of hotels and restaurants.

Tim spent more than 20 years advancing his career with Interstate Hotels. He began as an Assistant Controller, moving up to Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller. His vast experience includes setting up both corporate and property positions, opening hotels and setting up systems.

Tim is a graduate of the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.
